1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Prometheus Analytics platform (the "Platform"), an electoral intelligence service operated by Prometheus Analytics. By signing in or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and access

Access to the Platform is provided exclusively to organisations and individuals who have entered into a separate service or consultation agreement with Prometheus Analytics. Access is not open to the public. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Permitted use

The Platform is intended solely for internal electoral research, analysis, and strategic planning purposes. You may not:

• Share, sublicense, or resell access to any third party

• Use the Platform to facilitate unlawful political activity

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying data or models

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including Serbian and EU electoral regulations

4. Data and confidentiality

All analytical outputs, reports, and data provided through the Platform are confidential and intended for your organisation's internal use only. You agree not to publicly disclose or attribute findings to Prometheus Analytics without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual property

All content, models, methodologies, and software comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Prometheus Analytics. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform provides analytical intelligence to support decision-making. It does not guarantee electoral outcomes, and its outputs should not be treated as predictions or legal advice. Prometheus Analytics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of analytical results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prometheus Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including decisions made based on Platform outputs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are breached or if your service agreement expires or is terminated.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
